This year has been a very strange year for everyone, filled with a lot of uncertainty and anxiety. For a number of reasons we decided to add to that by also putting our apartment (in a different state) on the market. This is my first time selling an apartment and I cannot really express just how intensely I felt the stress of selling the biggest asset of my current life from a state away. Just as I can't really express how quickly Zac managed to take on that stress for me. Zac was reliable, constantly in contact, transparent and patient. Everything I needed during this time, and more. That may sound like hyperbole but I guess this year brings out the earnest sentiment a little more than other years may have.

After working with Zac and his Dad previously on a house sale, when I decided I needed to sell the first and only person I called was Zac. Being interstate for this sale Zac helped out by organising what works where required to get the house market ready, a few touch up here and there were required and a pool fence was also needed. Zac was able to manage all these works and made it very easy for me. When the initial contract fell over due to Buyer's issues he was straight back to work and got another contract for me in quick succession as he was completely on top of the market and what was happening. Also with the changes that were happening due to COVID-19, Zac was always on the ball to think of innovative ways we could sell the house during the challenging times.
