Zac was very professional throughout the sale of our home. He gave detailed feed back from very open house. House was sold in 3 weeks for a street record, above our initial expectations. He answered all our enquires and requests, even would setup outdoor staging and bring it in after the viewing. Nothing was too much that we asked of him.

Zac was able to work around my busy schedule and was always a great communicator. We were looking in other areas on the Central Coast but when Bateau Bay came up in our price range Zac was able to negotiate a fair deal on the property with the Vendor for us and for that we are grateful. Even after the sale Zac has been great at communicating with us where I have heard of other agents give a cold shoulder once the deal is done. Towards the end of cooling off period we did have a few issues with the bank on my end and Zac was able to get us the required extensions required to get us over the line. AGAIN we are very grateful.
