We ended up getting our target price which is the most important part of the transaction but the journey was a bumpy one. Zac's vibrant and friendly 'personal' approach is a breath of fresh air when compared to the arrogance of many salesman. This alone makes the sales experience pleasent. Zac's younger generation, determination and drive will be an asset to whoever employs him. I believe due to his young age he needs to refine the way he goes about his work as Many sections of the transaction where done incorrectly requiring multiple revisions. Eg -inadequate proof reading of house description in multiple advertisements(paper,web and sign) -agreed that the neighbours back yard was to be excluded from all forms of digital media used for ads, the drone footage was not edited to exclude this and it went online prior to review. - multiple items went online without our review which was promised. -We were locked out of our house after an inspection due to another agent locking the garage entrance, which we asked to be left unlocked. Overall Zac talks the talk but needs to refine the way he walks the walk.
