Zac provided so much focus for us in the selling process. He probed to identify what OUR goals were. He exhibited an extraordinary level of Emotional Intelligence (E.I.), validating our perceptions and refining them with information and data. He outlined clearly what were the buying/selling trends in the market, covering a large geographic area, and a range of housing options. He then outlined clearly what WE needded to do to highlight the strengths of our property - Pool Fencing Re-certification, Building and Pest Inspection Certification and Smoke Alarm Certification. He insisted gently that we de-clutter - and we did so willingly and ruthlessly! He helped us to market our excess furniture and appliances - in one case helping a buyer to load their truck. He laid out a strategic timeline - and made us feel that we were partners in its design and execution. Zac kept up a steady, measured stream of feed back - so that there were no surprises. His communication style is friendly, warm, respectful, clear, detailed and free of gobbledygook. He listens attentively and recalls everything weeks later. Moreover, Zac was essential in coordinating with another agent in the purchase of our next - & final -accommodation in what were extraordinarily complicated - and tragic - circumstances for that seller.
