We had a single open house and an unconditional sale followed two days later at a price that I’m happy with. Zac’s advice was detailed and consistent from our first meeting until the sale was done. His recommendations for a stager, cleaner and gardener were first rate. The stager was initially too busy to accommodate us but made room in her schedule when I mentioned that Zac had recommended her. She values their professional relationship. I was impressed that the cleaner and gardener were available within a few days. We were on a tight schedule to get the house of the market this year. Zac also had had professional dealings with the buyer which might have brought the house to the attention of the new owner. Zac has managed to engender confidence in a seller who is more than a little sceptical of his industry.
Zac was always punctual, he communicated regularly about all stages of preparation for marketing and open houses and the auction process.
