Zac was incredibly helpful in finding us a home. He has a great knowledge of the local area. He is friendly, easy to talk to and great at recommending similar properties. He was honest and straightforward. We would love to work with him and the team from One Agency Sandy Morris in future. Highly recommended!
Zac provided us with a realistic assessment of the `selling/buying' market. Professional, knowledgeable and personable. We were kept updated throughout the marketing process and provided prompt `open house' feedback. We would not hesitate employing his services again and would highly recommend him as an Agent.
Zac was very professional from start to finish. He answered his phone every time I called him and answered all my questions, no matter what time it was. Zac always had a smile on his on his face and couldn't do enough to help. I highly recommend Zac.
Zac Morris and the OneAgencySandy team were very professional and helpful. The property sold in less than 2 weeks and for more than the asking price.
I have no hesitation in recommending Zac to anyone selling their family home. He is efficient, clear and available when you need him.
Zac was very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel like we were in safe hands. He was very responsive to calls and queries and kept us in the loop along the way.
Zac's local knowledge and expertise helped make our experience a great one. He was always in touch with updates on what had happened and what was going to happen. The auctioneer he employed done a fantastic job and we received a price over and above our expectations. I would recommend Zac and One Agency to anybody looking to buy or sell a property. Thanks for your huge effort Zac.
Zac made the whole experience as pain free as possible. He displayed his professionalism, knowledge and experience of the industry throughout the entire process which kept my mind at ease and my confidence high.
Zac made selling my house a stress free experience. His professionalism and knowledge of the market is impressive. Thank you, Zac!
Zack is not only professional and has great knowledge about the current market but he is also a honest and down to earth person. I highly recommend him for either selling or purchasing a property.
It is my pleasure to write this review of my experience with One Agency Sandy Morris and Zac Morris as the agent. The agency gave excellent advice in the preparation of the property for sale and then the marketing and sales strategy all went to a carefully organized plan. The communications were excellent and the sales outcome on auction day was very successful. One Agency also prepared a meaningful description of the property supported with professional photography of a high standard in the sales material. The lifestyle and design ideas supporting the property were well communicated to the market to ensure that the potential buyers were aware of the opportunities that the property presented, The service I was given was attentive but not pressured in any way. Thank you Zac and Sandy.
When my partner and I were looking for our first home in the south of Canberra we met alot of agents but I must say Zac was a standout. His friendly demeanor made him very approachable and he was always happy to answer my questions (as a first time home buyer I had many! haha). He had a great understanding of the property that we ended up purchasing via auction and gave us the ins and outs so we felt like we knew what we were getting into. His knowledge in the kambah area is amazing, you can tell he has alot of experience in the region. I would have no hesitation to buy or sell with Zac again in the future.
