Sold in under a month!!!

My rating of Zac is based on results relating to both purchase and selling. I was able to purchase my new home at a realistic price in a competitive environment when the housing market was at its peak while selling at an estimated 2% loss in an environment of financial uncertainty and rising interest rates. To achieve an offer within my parameters in 12 days and exchange of contract in 26 days demonstrates Zac’s communication skills, real estate knowledge and capacity to get the job done. Incidentally, Zac is very personable and amiable. He has a sound knowledge of the business that assisted me on both occasions. If there are any criticisms, some of his recommended trades people let him down, excluding the painter, which I am sure Zac will rectify in the future.
