Although I ultimately failed to realise the price I had hoped for, that was due to circumstances outside the control of either agent or vendor, and the property did eventually sell for an acceptable price. Zac Muller worked hard on my behalf throughout the selling process and he continued to produce potential buyers and negotiated strongly with them. Importantly, Zac kept me informed of developments and progress throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending Zac to any potential property vendor.
Zac is a friendly and persistent individual who will give his utmost to develop a relationship with his clients and achieve a sale for them. He was always responsive and proactive and nothing was too much trouble. The process was not entirely smooth due to factors outside Zac's control and I think he may have been overly optimistic at the outset as many real estate agents are. He didn't quit however and saw the matter through to a satisfactory sale. While we were hoping for a little more on the sale price, the other sale conditions were fantastic. Post-sale, Zac has continued to assist both us and the buyer where communication has been required. As part of a broader Ray White team, access to other services also came in handy.
