Zac is very successful at such a young age because he is so good and so determined. We were not planning to sell when his team approached us with the usual and tedious BS story of "we have buyers". For once we agreed to it because of how he positioned it - we actually believed it might be true. So we named our price, much more than we knew the property was worth to a straight buyer. However it was worth much more to a Developer, and being off-market, we didn't need to do any work to sell to either type of buyer.
