Zac and Hannah are a dream team. Hannah is a masterful organiser and got the property ready for inspections in record time with excellent and efficient tradespeople. Among the two of them there is barely a minute before a reply to any query. They are extremely clear about what they need from you and are very empathetic to what can be a stressful process. The campaign itself was run perfectly and on schedule. Reports were delivered in a timely and concise fashion and Zac always kept us up to date with information as it came in. Zac operates impressively well under pressure and negotiated clearly and effectively with a calming demeanour to both us and the buyer. Special shout out to Jacob and Cooper who were brilliant in opening up for inspections and making sure the place was left exactly as we asked. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
