Our property at Camp Hill was difficult to sell as it was a house on a small block with its own title, and potential to develop downstairs. Buyers were comparing it to the townhouse market which skewed things a little. Having said that we successfully sold the property due to Zac gently guiding a potential buyer over several weeks, even though we thought we had lost him. Would we have liked more for the property - yes, but are happy with the end result.
