Outside of the Depression, I don't think the world of real estate has ever known such a tumultuous year as has been experienced in 2020. We found ourselves going to Auction on our property just two days after the WHO announced Covid-19 as a Pandemic! It goes without saying that our property was passed in with not a single bid. It was an anxious and frustrating wait for the next couple of months. But Zac ploughed on, adapting to social distancing restraints to ensure maximum exposure of our property (even when the interest dipped to as low as only one or two parties coming through). Despite these mental 'setbacks' both for him and we as the vendors, he would diligently text each Monday with the forthcoming open times, while keeping us informed of any 'prospective' buyer interest. To have achieved a sale as we did in these Covid times, was testimony to his 'perseverance' on our behalf and professionalism.
