Process & Trust

I recently approached Zach after the sale of a neighbours house. Zach and his team at PPD achieved an outstanding result for them. I asked Zach if we could show as many buyers through our house who weren't successful at our neighbours sale and if we couldn't achieve a sale we would go to market. I'm all about The Process & Trust. From the onset, at no time did I question Zach's ability to provide us with what we wanted. Zach provided great feedback so we understood what the value of our house was. There was no false promises and at no time did I feel I wasn't in control. That's where the Trust came in. Trust is critical to the process. I'm sure Zach was sick of hearing me say 'Process'. Thank you Zach for your support and helping Linda & I achieve our goal & make one of the biggest decisions one has to make. Cheers
