I notice that Manor had been selling in the area and had been clearing a lot of properties. Once I started dealing with Zach he felt the best way to go was to start with private inspections due to COVID restrictions and the most cost effective way for me. He organised all the necessary people including recommending other businesses that needed to be involved ( all were great to deal with). Not long after this discussion restrictions were lifted enough to have small open homes. He contacted me straight away and suggested an open home. We had 13 groups through that weekend and Zach had found a buyer. He was in constant contact updating me every step of the way. During the cooling off period he kept me informed on the progress until the final step. You don't sell houses every day so it was comforting to be kept up to date every step of the way. Zach and the team at Manor were very professional and easy to deal with. They gave us advice when asked and put no pressure on us to list. When we decided to list they were ready and they came up with an appropriate marketing plan. Following each open house they kept us informed of progress. Unfortunately our latter open houses and auction were cancelled due to Covid19. That said, Zach still found an interested buyer and he negotiated an acceptable sales price. Again I felt no pressure from Zach and the team and we were allowed to consider our options and decide what was best for us.

I have known Zach for over 2 years when we first thought of putting our house on the market. I found him a very approachable, easy to deal and a transparent real estate agent. Not at any point did he push us to take action that we were uncomfortable with, worked with us and at the same time provided realistic information. He was available for us at all times and most importantly his auction strategy worked.
