Selling a property is a big deal. We interviewed 5 agents regarding the sale of our property before making our choice. Zach Hylton from Realty Blue was our choice. About the Real Estate Agent: Realty Blue are the local real estate agent for Burleigh Heads and they are located in Burleigh Heads which was important to us. About Zach: First impressions are important - Zach presented as a knowledgeable and well researched real estate agent. His market knowledge was high - he had a good feel for the local market and when asked was able to give us an indication of where he thought our property was positioned in the marketplace. Zach explained how he would market and present our property to buyers - which confirmed his communication skills in presenting our property to potential buyers. Zach was the only agent at our initial meeting who advised us of our requirements regarding the capital gains withholding clearance certificates and other statutory requirements of the seller. Our property was professionally marketed and open house was held on three successive Saturdays. A lot of interest from potential buyers was received and so Zach kept all parties informed and engaged and reported back to us as events unfolded. Our property was sold within 4 weeks of listing and within the price range that we expected.
