I met Zach through the owners of the property I eventually purchased after I sold Avalon Road and he came highly recommended. From the first interview I had with him re the sale of my property, I was impressed by the thorough preparation and market research he presented to me. I was also very impressed by his attitude towards my sale - I was not pressured to take my property to auction nor was I pressured into paying large amounts up front for advertising and "other expenses" as I had been with a number of other agents who were wanting to be engaged to sell my property. Zach always worked to make me feel comfortable with the process as I had explained that I had not really been ready to sell after the death of my husband, but finding a property I wished to purchase necessitated moving as quickly as possible. And move quickly is exactly what Zach did. He organised the video and photography for the advertising, put the property on the market via the internet, and within 9 days and as many private inspections ( no "open house"), he had 5 offers to present to me , some of which were above my asking price. The contracts were exchanged, inspections completed and with a few minor hiccups, we settled on 30 June, 8 weeks after placing the property on the market. I have no hesitation in recommending Zach very highly - I have no intention of selling again, but if I had to , I would use Zach again.
