We could not recommend this gentleman enough. Zack went above and beyond to ensure the sale of my house went as smoothly as possible. He was available at all hours to conduct whatever negotiations were required or answer any questions we had. It was an absolute pleasure working with zack towards buying our first property in Australia! To start off he is a very warm person, always has a smile, speaks slowly so that we could understand clearly , listened carefully to all our queries and clarifications and answered them patiently. Since it was our first home we were really confused and stuck and requested for multiple inspections and questions but zack understood them from our shoes and tried his best always not to disappoint. Should say it is extremely rare to find such agents who can offer you so much advice and help when you feel lost and motivate you to take the right decisions. We did have a few ups and downs before we could close the deal but zack was with us all the time and should admit if I had listened to him initially , could have secured the deal much earlier.
