Selling a house in stage 4 Covid-19 lockdown in Melbourne? I did. I didn't plan for it, it just happened. My house in Ashburton was listed for sale 5 days before stage 4 lockdown started. It took some spirit to get through.... I met Zali by coincidence 10 years ago. She gave me her professional advice and we parted. She kept calling me about twice a year ever since.
