I recently sold my Mum’s house through Zanetta and Harcourts and the reason I chose the Harcourts team was because of the interest that they showed in my Mum who is nearly 87 years old. After inviting five different agencies to pitch for the listing I noticed a theme where all of the agents spoke to me and excluded my Mum from the conversation about how they were going to sell and market the house.
