Zappa was always quick to answer all questions I had, the back and fourth was seamless. His communication was great and he was prompt with seeking info he didn’t have from the current owner at the time.

He towed the line well between extending the offer to give suggestions (e.g. recommend a building and pest inspector) and allowing me the space to make independent decisions.
