After months of looking, we finally bought a house and settled thanks to Zarina. On the first inspection, she took us seriously and answered all our questions patiently. She explained the process and when we had more questions, she answered calls and texts straight away. We are first homebuyers, and had lot of questions. Zarina didn't deal with us with greed (as we experienced before), she told us the prices honestly. (Other agents kept telling us we must add more and more to the asking price to even be considered). She told us that if we make an offer, she will take it to the owner and she did. She took our offer seriously and the owner accepted. Zarina was honest about the house, the neighborhood, and the prices. She turned what was a difficult process into a smooth process, so much so that everything just came into place very quickly and we settled a few weeks earlier than expected. I'm truly grateful that we bumped into her during this home open. She treated us with a human touch, honesty and trust.
