Zed personally was a dream to deal with, friendly, informative and courteous at all times from day 1 to settlement. Zed and The Agency were very easy to deal with. He was very prompt, courteous and professional. Every aspect of the buying process was extremely well managed and exceeded our expectations. Our only issue, was having to spend a fair amount of time and effort to clean the property immediately after settlement, as the previous owner had not carried out a vacate clean.

His knowledge of my area s market value was spot on. He is very hard working and while I was away on holidays, he took care that my house was intact during home opens.
