As my family and I grew out of the shoe box home we were living in before, we looked at many homes in the area, looking long and hard to find the best home we could afford as we all know buying a place to call your home is not something you want to cut corners on. The 2nd home we saw on our house hunting journey we found what would turn out to be the home we bought, as we were looking around further for any more hidden gems, someone initially beat us to it. We always felt that was a real top contender and it’s a shame that ship sailed. However, as luck would have it the other interested buyer’s finance fell through and at another home open Zed tipped us off before it officially went back on the market. While at the same time we felt like we’ve seen everything Banksia had to offer and it was time to make a decision. As it came back on the market we swooped in on the opportunity. Zed and his assistant Salam were professional, friendly guys, getting to know us and understanding how the home will suit our needs, helping guide us through the whole process of buying the home, answering all questions, no pressure approach, and at a subject to sale purchase the industry knows it’s a longer complicated process than subject to finance and cash. Zed and Salam made it as easy as they possibly could. And thank you for the settlement gift, that was a nice gesture!
