Ziggy was great to deal with from the start. Together with Mel they provided great communication and worked hard to get the best result. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Our first encounter with Ziggy & Melanie from Ray White was over 3 months ago when my partner and I set out on our journey to find our first property. We phoned Ziggy in regards to the first property we were interested in. Ziggy made a point to get to know our needs, wants, budget and dreams for our forever home! Mel was also on board with helping us at every avenue possible. I got to know Mel on a more personal level; but of course that will happen when every Saturday you are seeing ALL of her open homes in the hope that "this will be the one" Mel never judged or never thought I was a pain with my endless enquires. No request or phone call was ever a hassle and she had our best interests at heart After a lot of searching, we finally found over forever home with thanks to the both of them We have grown fond of Ziggy & Mel, we thank them for the patience, dedication and optimism on our journey. The process has been so smooth, everything was organised so well by Ziggy & Mel Even organising extra openings so my extended families could view it while they were in town! We are so thrilled to have met Ziggy & Mel. We are thrilled to be dealing with them. We could not have asked for better agents We are excited, happy & proud of the home we have purchased Here's to a having a barbeque when the reno's are complete! Regards Amy & Omar
Ziggy was the perfect agent for us. Great local knowledge and timely advise. Always felt that he was with us through the whole process. Highly Recommend.
Ziggy you were great; following up, answering all my questions and just being calm when I’m getting stressed (which was happening a bit). We understand the vendor is your client, but you made us feel like we were the client. Thanks so much for all your help & professional advice. You have helped keep us calm through our first purchase. Melanie galea, Ziggy’s sales assistant; thank you for all your help & prompt work!! We really appreciate everything you guys have done for us thus far! Cannot wait to get the keys 😍👍
We had heard that Ziggy had handled our neighbour's as well as a number of other sales in the Hawkesbury. We also saw so many of his Ray White signs around so we thought this agent must be doing something right. We were certainly correct in that assumption with our house being sold at the first open home for more than we were expecting. The deal was completed within 2 hours of the inspection and Ziggy was able to work with the buyers as well as us to get the price to a suitable place very quickly. We would wholeheartedly recommend Ziggy to anyone that wants a very high level, personal and professional service from their agent. Regards Michael & Herahni Kipritidis
Ziggy helped us sell a property in south windsor on behalf of my family. We didnt know the area so it was great to have someone we could trust, who knew the market, and the local area. Ziggy was very responsive, great communicator, and made the admin easy by allowing us to do it all online.
We found Ziggy very easy to deal with. Kept us informed all the time and was very likeable. Would have no hesitation. In recommending him to others.
