We had heard that Ziggy had handled our neighbour's as well as a number of other sales in the Hawkesbury. We also saw so many of his Ray White signs around so we thought this agent must be doing something right. We were certainly correct in that assumption with our house being sold at the first open home for more than we were expecting. The deal was completed within 2 hours of the inspection and Ziggy was able to work with the buyers as well as us to get the price to a suitable place very quickly.
