Effecitve in a tough market

Zishaan and Harsh were very open and attentive in selling my parents' house in a tough market. Disappointed that we couldn't achieve the prices estimated at inception although this was consistent with other agents we met due to market conditions. Zishaan persisted and found a buyer late in the campaign that offered very helpful terms, after numerous open home inspections and private arrangements.
