Dealing with the Principal Zishaan Omar and the agent selling my home Harsh was a unique experience.

The Agent Harsh was very good and communicated all the necessary details required in order to sell the property. Both Zishaan and Harsh were professional and highlighted all that was required to make a sale. Unfortunately the market was badly affected with the down turn due to Albanese Government new policies, In saying that both Principal and Sales consultant were observant and did their best to secure the sale. Unfortunately I cannot afford their team manager Courtney Thomas the same respect. Unfortunately she kept emailing me they were going to auction my home at the local pub and I had sent her multiple emails not to, finally I rang her in my frustration whilst dealing with my throat cancer issues and she took it upon herself to hang up on me, I explained to the principal I was the sole owner of my home and Ms Courtney lacked the respect that should have been given to me from the start, I then gathered because it was a court ordered sale Ms Courtney showed zero respect to me and when I asked the agent to have her ring and apologise for her rudeness, she failed in making that phone call as it brushed her ego the wrong way. I do not have any animosity towards the Principal Zhissan Omar nor the Selling Agent Harsh, my only concern was the disgust I felt when I asked for a simple apology from Courtney Thomas which was ignored. IMs Courney needs to have a re education in how to deal with potential clients or maybe her ignorance was due to the sale being through a court order. I received no apology from her and I have never been so infuriated by a team leader where their commission exceeded $28000. 4 stars.
