My wife and I enlisted Zishaan to sell our home at underwood, we had met Zishaan previously as a buyer and we were both very impressed with his non pushy approach and his ability to communicate with a friendly but professional manner. The house was to be auctioned, however with Zishaan's marketing ideas and the amazing results from the very first open house, the sale was wrapped up within 7 days of listing. I guess what impressed me the most about Zishaan and his team was that know matter who you spoke with they were all up to speed with what was happening, what the marketing approach was and what the expectations of the seller (me) was. Great communication, very friendly, understands the market and delivers results. Would highly recommend to any seller or buyer that is looking for an honest and smooth transaction.
