We recently purchased a property through Zoe Cherrie and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of working with her. She was genuine, friendly, and makes the effort to get to know her potential buyers. She also went out of her way several times to accommodate our various requests, and nothing was ever too difficult for her. Zoe's sunshine personality, along with great experience and knowledge in the St Kilda area, made it such a pleasure dealing with her. Through the process of buying a property, there will be days when buyer and agent will be speaking multiple times a day (sometimes every hour). It makes a big difference when you don't cringe or dread a phone call from an agent, but rather, enjoy having a friendly chat together.
