Zoe knocked on my door. Should not have answered, had I know what the service would be. Started with false promises on selling price. Then false promises on fees. Took longer than than she said would sell. Forged the contract of sale. Unfortunately for Zoe I had a garage sale and the new purchasers attended to let me know they had suffered the same miss treatment will 361 with the sale of their home. This real estate should not be able to trade
