Zoe was very helpful in all discussions and relating information , she wasn't acting for me but for the client I was buying from, all questions were answered and all relevant paperwork passed as requested, found her highly competent and courteous.

Zoe was one of three agents invited to market the property and presented the most comprehensive and well constructed proposal. After being appointed she was receptive to suggestions and worked tirelessly with great interest shown in the property. She communicated effectively and quickly via text email and verbally to both me and my elderly mother who was the vendor. Zoe was, quite simply, wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble, she always did exactly what she promised to do and would keep us updated if anything was preventing her from getting answers in the timeframe she'd given us. Zoe was always contactable, even on weekends, and even let us know she was taking leave during the time we were unconditional, just in case we needed anything, unlike other agents who pretty much sever ties when the sale is signed off.
