If you are looking for a really hard working agent, who does everything they say they will and then comes up with the offers, then Zoe is for you. From the first contact, she helped with advice on presenting and decorating the home in it's best light, without spending a fortune. Always available for questions, patient, trustworthy and true to her word. Communication was second to none, always keeping us in the loop and being on time for meetings. She negotiated brilliantly to get us the price we wanted (we didn't have to move without the best price) and certainly didn't pressure us at any time. Not a lot of history at this stage, but this is FAR made up for with her enthusiasm and ability to drive that bargaining process. This lady will raise the bar in real estate sales.
