Zoe has great knowledge of the real estate market and works in a very professional manner. She communicated with us promptly to keep us informed of the progress of the campaign. Her advise was invaluable to us in achieving a good result on our sale.
Did everything they said they would. Efficient and prompt. We did not get the result we were after but that was not because they led us to believe we could get more than we did. We had an unrealistic expectation. They never encouraged it but they never discouraged it either. With hindsight, the advice given was wrong and our timing, as a result, was poor. So was our luck. In the middle of our campaign a huge amount of properties flooded the local market and the competition therefore became immense. We staged the property and were not happy with how that went. The decisions were ours so Buxton isn’t to blame. In the end we achieved the best figure we could have. Most certainly, on the day Buxton got the best deal available.
