From inception to completion Zoe led the charge against a deteriorating market, due to the start of the interest rate rises, with some excellent open house turnouts with many keen buyers. It did, however, take some time to match the market with right buyer because many would be purchasers were defeated by the rate rises and finance pre approvals. When we finally settled on a price the offer from our buyer was above the ask which not only kept our sale price close to the 'want' and well within our original range but also gave Zoe the highest sale price to date in a complex of 53 units.
