Agents need to know all details about the sale of Land Lease properties, and to ask prospective buyers if they have available funds. (bank finance is not available) It was very distressing on the third day after settlement to be advised that our funds had not been received as a wrong BSB number had been entered. This caused 5 hours of concern to us as we had been asked to return the keys. No one is perfect but more care should be taken.
