With the settlement of my investment unit in Westcourt today, I'd like to thankyou for everything you have done to assist in reaching this outcome. As an owner who resides in Sydney, not Cairns I was concerned about getting the property ready for sale, being so far away and not knowing any local trades. I had considered the additional expense of flying to Cairns to try and organise everything but you stepped in and said you could project manage the job for me. From that moment you have been amazing and nothing was an issue for you, You arranged quotes, trades, inspections etc and provided advice on how to present the property for sale without having to spend too much. Whilst it could easily be assumed you were just doing your job, my wife & I think otherwise. It was not your job as our salesperson to organise for maintenance jobs or improvement jobs to be done, prior to listing the property but you demonstrated genuine passion in project managing this on our behalf. Your dedication to your job is testament to your character, your work ethic and your commitment to your customers (us). Thankyou so much once again and I have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone in the Cairns region needing a professional to sell their home, unit or investment.

This is a long overdue review - however well deserved. I purchased a property where Zoe was the agent . The transaction could have been a lot more complicated had it not been for the professionalism of Zoe and her amazing relationship with the sellers. Its not always the case that all parties are satisfied in a transaction - but in this case i believe they were. I'd sell through Zoe if the time comes and would have no hesitation in recommending her to potential sellers.
