However Zoe made the process a stress free and seamless one for us from start to finish. For us to decide, Zoe made her own video taped appraisal and shared her thoughts with us, then obtained quotations of the work, so no downstream surprises should we proceed. Zoe's assessed for less and alternate work to be done than we would likely have decided upon, but we went with it. The outcome speaks for itself, Zoe achieved a record sale for the complex and whole matter was concluded with minimal fuss. One trade quotation came in larger than expected and Zoe even took it upon herself to challenge this and have it rectified whilst we were overseas.
