We had tried to sell our property a couple of years ago, without any luck, so were a bit apprehensive about trying again. Right from the very first conversation with Zoe we felt supported and knew that we had the right agent for us. Throughout the sale, Zoe kept us very well informed and was always upfront and honest. We had put the property on the market at the start of December so were thinking it would not sell before the Christmas closure but, after 2 open houses and Zoe following up with prospective buyers, we had an offer that we were very happy with, within 2 weeks. Zoe continued to make sure we were well informed during the settlement period and gave us good advice when the buyers made a request. I would not hesitate to recommend Zoe to anyone wishing to sell their property and am so glad that we had her as our agent.
