Deciding on a Selling Agent to market and sell your property, is one of the most stressful and quite personal times of anyone's life. Zoran made this a 'walk in the park' for me. From the outset of our discussions on how and when to sell my property, I found Zoran to be a wealth of information, but considering his extensive and wide experience, I probably was not surprised. Of course I tried to make his life stressful with my multitude of questions, and expectations, however, Zoran took everything in his stride, and managed to relax me, and he took over the reins just beautifully with his expertise. Throughout the extensive process of preparing my property for Sale, and during the campaign, I was totally amazed and happy with the professionalism Zoran demonstrated. Whether it be at the Open for Inspections, or liaising with potential Buyers, everything was handled perfectly, and I could not have asked for any more dedication than he showed towards the Sale. The Sale achieved a most favourable outcome, and I would, and have highly recommended Zoran to many others who want this fabulous result.

It is easy to establish a rapport with Zoran. We had a couple of phone conversations and a few emails; we met only once during the marketing days and again on the day of the auction. I can see how hard-working an agent he is and everything went as smoothly as I could wish for. Thank you, Zoran!

Today we have received the money from the sale of our apartment and all is OK.
