After an intense 7 months of attending over 65 auctions , we finally decided to put our house on the market . I was looking at buying a house on a big block for about a year and came across one in Highett and in a week time the auction was taking place. I emailed the agent and Zuzka got back to me right away with all the details I required. I inspected the house on auction and won the auction :)) She was very honest and straight forward and didn't give me false hope and tell me a low figure just to get my attention and attend the auction. My plan was to develop on the block and while waiting for settlement I had a lot of questions to ask and get a few things done.
