As we had previously unsuccessfully tried to sell our investment property we asked for an appraisal from Zvon. This appeared very reasonable, however as the market was depressed Zvon’s advice was to continue to lease the unit. This we did with Zvon providing annual updates of the market value. When the market improved last year we were very keen to sell, but took Zvon’s advice to delay the sale until the existing tenants moved to the house they were building and the property was vacant. After some delay, once vacated the property was prepared for sale and photographed within a week and sold for a very acceptable price 4 days after listing on line and within one hour of the first showing.
