Very difficult to limit our review to these short words, as we could not be any more happier after our quick and very successful experience with Zvon. In short, we had tried to sell the house twice before, yet signing up to Zvon, we sold the house within 2 days of listing, at a price we were very happy with! Our quick and successful selling process hides the immense background work Zvon did for us before we even agreed to sell the house. His knowledge of our house, the area, the history, and also our family needs, led him to develop an educated and realistic approach to selling our house. Once we decided to sell our house, Zvon became our partner, working with us all the way, keeping us very well informed of everything we needed, small and big, all the way from listing to settlement. The "normal" real estate agent work is what many others do. But Zvon takes it all that much further, and this is what sets him apart… before the first planned home open, when we couldn’t get to the house ourselves to clean up the gardens, Zvon took it upon himself to get down there with his own lawnmower and whipper snipper and cleaned the front and back gardens! I first met Zvon in the early stages of searching for an apartment and his genuine nature immediately put me at ease during my first inspection.
