Zvon helped the reviewer sell this property

Couldn't Have Asked for Better!

I was impressed with Zvon Mikulic's energy levels right from the beginning. As a seller, this is an important quality for an agent, particular in a slow market. Zvon came to our first meeting highly prepared and gave us a clear understanding of the various options that might suit our purposes. Zvon showed he was prepared to work hard for us to help us achieve our goals. The feedback Zvon provided and the marketing of our property were outstanding even though the property we were listing was in a suburb that his agency was not as active in. Zvon managed to find the buyer that our property suited within 3 weeks of going to market. Zvon was highly organised and made sure things progressed in accordance with the ambitious timeline we were working for. Zvon continually kept us up-to-date from going to market right through until settlement date. No matter where you are selling, if you want an agent who is prepared to work hard for you, I would highly recommend considering Zvon Mikulic.
