The team at Community First are outstanding. They are prompt, friendly and extremely professional. Rebecca is especially friendly and a pleasure to converse with. Thanks for continuing to do such an exceptional job!

Starr Partners have been managing two of my properties for the last six years. They are very professional in all their dealings with me and have attended to every request or enquiry promptly. One of my properties became vacant recently and was re let by Starr Partners within a couple of weeks for the same rent as previously. I was expecting to have to lower the rent as the market is quite competitive. Gavin’s newsletters are very informative and offer good advice and recommendations for investors.

Job well done to the Rental/Lease team and special thanks to Jennifer Cabrera for her exceptional market knowledge, professional and reliable and genuine care and support to the property owner. The marketing approach to attract tenants to the property is great. It also builds up the level of trust of the property owner to the agent. Thus, the property owner rely on the outcome report of their final inspection which does not require for the owners to be present. Keep up the good work!
