I have been dealing with Harris Tripp for just about a week now after moving into my new place. They have been fantastic thus far. I was provided with all relevant documentation and keys upon my arrival at the office last Friday and, after settling in and completing my condition report, noted a number of issues that weren't major but would have been nice to rectify. Within 24 hours, my property manager Jorja came back to me with a detailed list of every action they would take to resolve each issue; including going well above and beyond what my expectations were.
