I have been dealing with Harris Tripp for just about a week now after moving into my new place. They have been fantastic thus far. I was provided with all relevant documentation and keys upon my arrival at the office last Friday and, after settling in and completing my condition report, noted a number of issues that weren't major but would have been nice to rectify. Within 24 hours, my property manager Jorja came back to me with a detailed list of every action they would take to resolve each issue; including going well above and beyond what my expectations were. I hope this level of support continues as it is genuinely the best I have received in my ~10 years of renting properties.

I also really appreciated that he never pressured me into making a decision. He made sure I was comfortable, while giving me clear and practical advice so I could make an informed choice. We ended up securing a great tenant after the very first open home, at a rent above the asking price, which I’m extremely happy with.
