Our experience with Nino was outstanding. His communication with my partner and me was exceptional. He consistently responded promptly to all of our questions, which made the entire process stress-free and reassuring. We truly appreciated his attentiveness and reliability. Nino also worked efficiently to secure our property quickly, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition from start to finish. The process felt easy and well-managed, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. I highly recommend Nino to anyone looking for a professional who is not only responsive but also genuinely committed to providing the best experience.

From the moment we saw the property advertised and contacted Ninos he was only too happy to help with inspections and the completion of the application form. I would recommend Ninos to anyone looking for anything to do with real estate.

This was my very first house that I rented through CMP, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I’ve also been looking at other houses with their company, and they truly have the most wonderful and helpful employees. Whatever you tell them you’re looking for in a home, they start helping you straight away. They are so welcoming, kind, and supportive, and they’ve made the whole process so much easier for me and my family. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough!

We couldn’t be happier with the exceptional service provided by Beth and the team at Boka Real Estate. From the outset, Beth was professional, efficient and genuinely took the time to understand the type of tenant we wanted for our investment property. Her knowledge of the local rental market and advice on pricing were invaluable. Despite several nearby properties being advertised at significantly lower rents, Beth remained confident in her strategy and successfully secured us a fantastic tenant at a rental return that exceeded our expectations. With the area developing so rapidly, there is certainly no shortage of real estate agents competing for business. However, Beth and the Boka team truly stand out. What sets them apart is their personalised approach, attention to detail, excellent communication and genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for their clients. They deliver a true boutique service, where you feel valued rather than just another property on the books. In our experience, Beth and Boka Real Estate are simply the best in the area. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any property owner looking for a professional, knowledgeable and results-driven property management team.

Boka team were there every step of the way to renting my property.

Beth from Boka was very professional and as a home owner renting out their property for the first time made the whole process smooth. She was transparent with all the fees and services provided from day 1 and was available to answer all my questions before I had even signed them on! The whole process was smooth and communication was excellent. Lolita who came to host the open home was also excellent and helped me immensely on the day. If you’re looking for trustworthy real estate agents that set the right expectations and deliver them, Boka is the way to go!
