Moved into our rental that had not been cleaned or reasonably presented. Outstanding repair works left incomplete that’s were supposed to to be done pre move in. Prepaid rent weeks in advance just to be getting notifications that we are outstanding in rent even after touching base via email to double check the payments have been received. Just a few little things over a Christmas period that I feel is unnecessary to be dealing with.

All at First National have been outstanding. Michelle has been the best Property Manager I've had in my 42 years, she is incredible. The team are always kind, helpful and very prompt in dealing with any issue that has presented. As a tenant I feel respected, valued and cared for by all at First National. They have always looked after myself, my daughters and our home extremely well. I'd be more then willing to encourage any home owner to entrust this team with their property. Wonderful people, who care and strive to be down to earth but also professional and get the job done. They are phenomenal with communication. Repairs are dealt with immediately and with no stress, whether it be an emergency or non emergency. Professional, yet kind, with housing being an issue currently, I have not one ever felt anything but respected and cared for while knowing I'm dealing with people who are doing the exact same for home owners. Honestly, an amazing team and I highly recommend for both home owners and tenants alike. 10/10.
