Agencies in Bardwell Park, NSW, 2207

Looking for a good rental agency. Great experience and highly capable staff in the PM team.

We had been left almost homeless thanks to the dishonesty of a different real estate agent and were scrambling to find somewhere else to live. Jasmine from Pulse was able to show us this property the next day from our enquiry and told us that the owners were to consider all applications that night. Two days later we were moving in! All of our correspondence has been so fast and always positive and helpful, all of the Pulse team have been so nice to deal with, we really could not ask for anything more!

The process of finding a tenant for our property was very easy and very simple thanks to Jasmine. Extremely recommended

From the outset Grant and his team impressed me with their communication and engagement, being willing to actually get to know me and my situation. I am an owner occupier, who has relocated overseas for an extended period. I needed to rent out my home. Grant and his team listened to my situation, inspected my apartment, shared relevant market knowledge, and explained their opinions. They then provided me with options and allowed me to decide. They made the process of finding good tenants easy and responded any questions or concerns I had along the way. I’d be happy to recommend their services to any of my family or friends.

Nick has been really great, super responsive and has made our move in very smooth.

Nick and the team showed care and good communication since the start. Willing and able to help with small tasks, would recommend them every time
