We’ve had such a positive experience with Chloe and Stephanie managing our property. Chloe’s communication in particular has been exceptional. During the process of finding a new tenant, she kept us updated after open homes, let us know how viewings were going and made sure we always knew what was happening with our property. Even outside of leasing, her communication is honestly 1000% better than what we’ve experienced with other agents. We never feel like we have to chase her for information, which as property owners makes such a difference. Stephanie has also been fantastic. She is incredibly thorough with inspections, quick to organise and source quotes when something needs attention, and keeps things moving efficiently.
