The Team quickly organised Repairs by their trusted Painter. From the Open Home, I received some Rental Applications to consider. But, Jenny was able to recommend an Ideal Tenant that I readily accepted. The Granny Flat was leased to this new Tenant at a higher Rent in less than a week.
